FOREMAN - EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
$28-$36 per hour + Company Vehicle + Benefits + Year-Round Work
NSS Exteriors is a growing specialty contractor that installs skylights, architectural sheet metal, metal panels, glazing systems, and exterior building components throughout the Chicagoland area. We are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead a crew and help us continue to grow.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and direct a field crew on commercial and residential projects.
- Install skylights, glazing systems, architectural sheet metal, ACM panels, and metal siding.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Read plans and solve field installation challenges.
- Communicate with project managers, customers, and crew members.
- Train and mentor crew members.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in construction, roofing, siding, sheet metal, glazing, skylights, carpentry, or a related trade.
- Previous crew leader, lead installer, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders and aerial lifts.
- Ability to read plans and problem-solve in the field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Reliable, motivated, and looking for a long-term career.
Experience with architectural sheet metal, ACM panels, skylights, commercial roofing, glazing, or exterior cladding systems is a plus but not required.
