Project Manager - Commercial Mechanical HVAC

Location: Houston, Texas
Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 annually (DOE, plus competitive benefits package)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 5-10 years of proven experience in commercial mechanical HVAC to join our growing team in Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial mechanical HVAC projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and close-out.
• Oversee projects within the healthcare construction environment, ensuring compliance with all codes, safety regulations, and hospital requirements.
• Review, interpret, and apply blueprints, shop drawings, and technical sketches with precision.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality installation and timely project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of commercial mechanical HVAC project management experience (healthcare construction required).
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration products, systems, and installation methods.
• Track record of success managing healthcare facility construction projects.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Experience with construction project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
