Digital Marketing & Product Content Specialist

Americover has provided specialty plastic sheeting manufactured in the USA since 1993, built on direct manufacturer relationships and treating customers like family, not transactions. We're a small, independent company in the middle of building out a real marketing function: repeatable workflows, consistent brand execution, and product information that's accurate everywhere it lives. This is a builder's seat, not a maintenance role. What you'll own Keeping product specs and technical data accurate across our website, sales materials, and everywhere else they appear Email campaigns for construction, remediation, agriculture, government, and other target markets Blog and customer-facing content, produced within our brand guides Backup coverage for our Marketing Director when they\'re out What you need on day one 3–5 years in digital marketing, content, or product marketing, with genuine accuracy discipline across multiple systems Excellent written communication and proofreading, accuracy is the primary deliverable of this role Ability to read technical documents and translate them into clear, accurate customer-facing content Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing content (social, email, blog, or web) within brand/style guides Direct experience updating website content (WordPress or any CMS) Working proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Photoshop/Illustrator required at hire, not trained on the job Basic SEO knowledge and the ability to interpret Google Analytics (GA4) data required at hire, not trained on the job Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) Ability to manage multiple parallel projects independently with reliable follow-through Good judgment directing AI tools like Claude or Copilot (or clear aptitude and enthusiasm to develop it) Nice to have Experience with WooCommerce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms; email marketing platforms Experience with technical, spec-driven, or compliance-bound products (ASTM, NFPA, ANSI, BABA) Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution background We\'ll train you on our specific tools (Zoho, WordPress/WooCommerce, Yoast) and our product line. What we can\'t train is judgment, follow-through, and a genuine fit for a small, family-run company. $31–$41/hour, DOE. Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday.
