Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Northern California

Step into a fully outpatient primary care practice designed to maximize clinical effectiveness through team-based collaboration and strong administrative support. Joining an established group of physicians and advanced practice providers, you will manage a varied panel across the lifespan while retaining procedural variety in a well-resourced clinic. This full-time position near Sacramento offers exceptional practice stability alongside loan repayment qualifications.

• Join a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a fully outpatient setting
• Care for patients across the lifespan, with a mix of acute visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care
• Maintain procedural variety with minor in-office procedures (cryotherapy, I&D)
• Strong support model with dedicated clinical and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on patient care

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with no evenings or weekends required
• 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient responsibilities or call burden
• Manageable patient volume averaging approximately three patients per hour after ramp-up
• Consistent, predictable schedule designed to support work-life balance

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Must have minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience as an NP or PA
• Must have at least two (2) years of recent community health/FQHC experience
• Must currently reside within the greater Sacramento area
