Operating Room Nurse Manager 5+ years experience Prefer CNOR Experience as OR leader and trauma experience

Necessary skills: Strong understanding of Current AORN Guidelines and evidenced based practice Leading results for KPI: Turnaround times and First case on time starts TJC and DOH survey experienced. Regulatory preparedness focused. New project roll-outs and sustained compliance Managing in a collective bargaining department UKG/Kronos/Workday/staff scheduling Can provide direct care for pts in OR. HRO trained—-would be nice

Shift: Day shift position, with variable start times. On days when there are meetings, it may require coming in before 7am or staying after 4, depending on the meeting invites. Call: will be resource for troubleshooting No weekends or holidays
