Responsibilities Assist licensed Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients, including exercises, stretches, and other forms of therapy Conduct physical therapy treatments, such as stretching, strengthening, and flexibility exercises, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Monitor and record patient progress, providing feedback to the Physical Therapist to ensure effective treatment plans Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, safety precautions, and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment, progress, and communications Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services Requirements Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) certification or certification eligible High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 0 years of experience in Physical Therapy Assistant role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as required About The Orchards at Northwest The Orchards at Northwest is committed to providing compassionate and professional care to our patients, empowering them to live comfortable and enriching lives.
