Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Louisiana state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort working in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Ability to work with complex and chronic pain populations and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Relocation support available; package negotiable.
