Job Description Job Description Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time | Lake Charles, LA | Assisted Living / Memory Care / Outpatient Synergy Care is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in an Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care, and outpatient clinic setting in Lake Charles, LA. This role is ideal for a skilled nursing, geriatric, and outpatient-focused COTA who is passionate about rehabilitation, patient-centered care, and functional outcomes .
