As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who is confident in consultations, treatment planning, and injectable treatments. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about aesthetics. This individual should be committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes while building long-term relationships and contributing to a positive team culture. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers safely and effectively Perform aesthetic laser treatments, including skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal Educate patients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation within the electronic medical record system Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence Build strong patient relationships that encourage retention and long-term treatment planning Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Qualifications Required Active and unrestricted Virginia Nurse Practitioner license Minimum of 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience Experience performing neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills Professional, positive, and patient-centered demeanor Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Experience using electronic medical records and practice management software Preferred Experience with Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin, or Letybo Experience with RHA, Restylane, Juvederm, Revanesse, Sculptra, and/or Radiesse Experience performing laser procedures and skin rejuvenation treatments Comfortable participating in social media content creation and patient education initiatives What Makes Someone Successful In This Role Passion for aesthetics and helping patients feel confident Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Commitment to natural-looking results and ethical patient care Growth mindset and eagerness to continue learning Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success Ability to create an outstanding patient experience from consultation through follow-up Why Join The Fix Clinic?
