Job Title: Production Operator, $26/hour+ starting wage
Job Description
Join a dynamic manufacturing company located on the East side of Columbus as a Production Operator. This role involves a variety of tasks including batching processes, machine operation, cleaning tanks, and material handling.
Responsibilities

• Batching and compounding of materials to create paint products.
• Cleaning and maintaining tanks and equipment.
• Handling materials and organizing raw materials with precision.
• Performing order selection and assisting in the production process.
• Measuring raw materials accurately to ensure proper mixing.
• Maintaining detailed records and organizing part numbers for various raw materials.
• Performing general housekeeping duties as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in chemical operation, compounding, batching, blending, or mixing operation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization.
• Ability to learn and perform a variety of job duties.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operation is a plus.

Work Environment
The plant is clean and organized, equipped with paint mixers and large paint containers. With the construction season ramping up, this is a busy and exciting time to join our team. Shifts include 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53352.00 - $55016.00/yr.
