Guest Experience Specialist - Front Desk

BENCHMARK is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Flamingo Resort & Spa in Tice, Florida. As a pivotal part of our team, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional guest service through smooth check-in/check-out processes and assistance. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
