Manufacturing Process SpecialistWe are seeking a highly organized Manufacturing Process Specialist to support automotive tooling programs and work directly with suppliers to keep projects on schedule and aligned with Company standards.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience who enjoys working with data, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:Track tooling design, die construction, supplier progress, and program timing.Review tooling processes, simulations, and die components.Monitor supplier commitments and program milestones.Maintain and analyze large tooling and supplier tracking files.Create reports, charts, and graphs for program reporting.Attend supplier meetings and help resolve timing and process issues.Ensure tooling activities meet Company's standards.Requirements:Bachelors degree (Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business preferred)2-4 years of professional experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills are a MUSTAbility to manage, sort, analyze, and create complex Excel spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphsStrong Word and PowerPoint skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of automotive tooling/die-making processes preferred.Day Shift 6 am- 2:30 pm, on-site.Less than 15% travel to various plant locations.If you're an organized, Excel-savvy professional looking to build your career in automotive tooling, we'd like to hear from you!
