Nurse Practitioner | Surgery - Trauma Location: Loveland, CO Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive trauma and acute care surgery services during overnight shifts. Perform detailed patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop therapeutic treatment plans. Manage trauma and emergency general surgery patients across various inpatient settings. Actively support trauma surgeons with bedside procedures and ongoing clinical patient management. Work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Utilize Epic EMR for all clinical documentation and patient tracking. Ensure strict compliance with medical staff bylaws, privileging processes, and performance standards. Engage in professional development through mentorship, leadership programs, and ongoing surgical education. Qualifications & Credentialing Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master's degree in Nursing. Certification: Active Nurse Practitioner Certification by the ANCC or AANPCB is required. Experience: Two years of experience in trauma surgery is preferred; completion of a surgical fellowship is also highly preferred. This position is not open to recent graduates. Licensure: Must possess an unrestricted license to practice in the State of Colorado. Requirements: Candidates must be eligible for DEA and Medicare/Medicaid provider status. A current BLS certification is required with no exemptions. Background: A clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred. Must have no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA. Documentation: A most recent NPDB Self Query Report (active within the last 30 days) is required at the time of presentation. Status: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role (No J-1 or H-1B visas). What We Offer Annual salary range: $136,822 - $179,379, based on experience.
