Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Gresham, OR and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
- Auto insurance
- Home insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
As a proud Troutdale native and current Sandy resident, I'm passionate about serving the community I call home. I graduated from Mt. Hood Community College and stay actively involved through local volunteer work and partnerships with businesses throughout Multnomah and Clackamas counties. Being part of this community and contributing to its growth is truly fulfillingand I'm excited to welcome a new team member who shares that same spirit of service.
Role Description
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Kimber - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
