Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring an IT Service Desk Agent.
Position Type:
Contract
On-Site
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
2-5 years of IT support, help desk, or technical support experience
Customer support experience via phone and chat
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Technical aptitude for IT systems and applications
Proficient in computer skills, including typing and navigating Windows-based systems
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Shift flexibility, including late shifts and Sundays
Preferences:
Experience in a high-tech and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone and live chat
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently
Document support interactions accurately in the ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems
Collaborate with team members and adhere to company policies
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency
