Job Description

Lumina Agency INC is seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Staff to join our growing team in Philadelphia.

In this role, you will support the successful execution of events while providing a welcoming and positive experience for guests and attendees. You will work closely with team members and event coordinators to assist with event preparation, guest interaction, organization, and on-site operations.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown as needed.
• Provide guests with information, directions, and general assistance.
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional event environment.
• Assist with registration, check-in, guest flow, and event activities.
• Work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure events run smoothly.
• Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns.
• Represent Lumina Agency INC with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Follow event procedures, schedules, and company standards.
• Adapt to changing event needs and assist in different areas when required.
