HR Coordinator II

Join us in a dynamic, high-impact role where you’ll go beyond administrative support to help drive HR initiatives, support employee relations, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities : As an HR Coordinator II , you will provide advanced administrative and operational support across a range of HR functions while serving as a resource for employees and leadership. Employee Relations Support : Respond to team member questions regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed and assisting with resolution of concerns or grievances. HR Administration & Records Management : Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with record retention requirements. Data Entry & Reporting : Accurately input and track personnel data, forms, and transactions to support payroll, reporting, and HR operations. Compliance & Documentation : Process employment-related documents including time off requests , change forms, and other sensitive records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Committee Participation & Leadership : Lead or participate in HR and company committees to support engagement, compliance, and organizational initiatives. Cross-Functional Support : Partner with leadership and HR team members to support compensation, benefits, training, labor relations, and employment programs. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required to support HR operations and team member needs. What You’ll Need Education and Experience : High school diplo ma or equivalent (GED) required. Associate degree or coursework in HR, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) . Skills & Abilities : Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws/regulations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong data entry and administrative accuracy Why Work for Pilgrim’s ? Schedule: Monday – Fr iday with occasional Saturdays. F lexible day shift hours. Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning after 60 days of employment. Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick leave, company-observed holidays, and any other statutorily required paid leave. 401(k): Company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule.
