Accounting Specialist

Accounting and Office Support role at plays a vital role in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial aspects of the business, and supporting all aspects of the business. This includes but is not limited to dispatch, sales support, and service admin support. This position is responsible for administrative support across all areas of the business, as well as being responsible for Service accounts payable. Success in this role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive and supportive demeanor. Key Goal: Ensure accurate and timely financial and administrative operations, contributing to efficient daily office functions and overall business success. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in office administration or coordination roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience with basic accounting tasks is a plus.
