Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr Position Summary: We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. Responsibilities In the member assist – cart attendant role, ensure members see a well-kept parking lot, assist members with their purchases, and ensure carts are ready and available. Assist members by helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. Be prepared to be on your feet and on the go in various weather conditions. Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, and provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed. Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; locate and organize merchandise; assist with transporting items; and ensure parking lot cleanliness. Operate and follow company policies for handling merchandise, safety, and transactional processes as needed. What you'll do Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members about delays, unavailable items, or alternatives; package items according to company policies and procedures; resolve member issues; and promote company products and services. Process member purchases and assist with payments according to policies for different membership and payment types; use cash registers as needed. Qualifications Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks quickly and accurately. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
