Position: Universal Banker – Dripping Springs, TX Overview We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual for a 40‑hour per week role. Core responsibilities include teller duties, personal banking, and customer service. Prior customer service and cash handling experience is required. Banking experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train. Responsibilities Perform full‑service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers. Perform teller duties including cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information on other products and services. Focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the experience on the phone and in the branch. Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and individual and branch targets. Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. Working Conditions The role involves extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or equipment, and reaching for work‑related tasks. Regular walking may be required, with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
