Hospital Violence Intervention Specialist

Hennepin Healthcare's Next Step program seeks a dedicated professional to respond to eligible participants and assess needs within a hospital-based violence intervention framework. Under supervision, you will conduct daily rounds, provide crisis response, and connect patients to employment, housing, education, healthcare, legal aid, transportation and community resources through partners.
