ServiceNow Technical Lead

Salary: $175,000 - 225,000 per year Requirements:

• We need proven ability to lead in fast-moving, ambiguous environments by providing structure and direction through technical leadership.
• We require strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• We require demonstrated experience architecting and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and at least two enterprise platforms, with emphasis on Workday and/or Oracle.
• We require expertise with integration tools and technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, middleware platforms, and web services.
• We require the ability to design secure, scalable, and dependable integrations with enterprise applications.
• We require excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
• We require strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• We require experience with agile delivery methods and project management practices.
• We require experience in large-scale consulting environments and transformational initiatives.

• We prefer experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in higher education and academic medical centers.
• We strongly prefer CTA or CMA certification.
• We prefer exposure to cloud architectures such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, as well as SaaS environments.
• We prefer proficiency in data modeling, workflow automation, and custom application development on ServiceNow.

• We lead the architecture, design, and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions aligned to client business goals and industry best practices.
• We advise clients on ServiceNow capabilities, constraints, and best-fit uses to support digital transformation.
• We architect and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, and Salesforce.
• We collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business, functional, and technical requirements into solution designs.
• We apply structured methods and disciplined project execution to create clarity and deliver successful outcomes in complex engagements.
• We establish, enforce, and promote technical standards, best practices, and quality controls across implementations and integrations.
• We produce and maintain detailed architecture documentation, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.
• We communicate clearly with executives, business users, developers, and project managers to keep everyone aligned throughout delivery.
• We evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities, integration approaches, and market developments, recommending improvements that benefit clients.
• We mentor junior consultants and technical teams to strengthen collaboration and technical excellence.
• We manage multiple client engagements at once while ensuring feasibility, strategic fit, and measurable business value.
