Network Field Technician

Field Service Technician – Contract Urbandale, IA 50323| Hybrid I 1-Year Contract 3+ Years Experience Required Seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support technology installations and troubleshooting at construction job sites. Key Responsibilities: Set up desktops, laptops, printers, phones, cameras, and networking equipment Configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and internet connectivity Install cellular/satellite solutions, hotspots, modems, and antennas Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues onsite and remotely Maintain documentation and coordinate with vendors Requirements: 3+ years of IT, Help Desk, Technical Support, or Field Service experience Hands-on network and workstation setup experience Cellular/satellite/internet setup experience Willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean 5-year driving record Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in construction-site environments Travel expenses are paid or reimbursed.
