Staff AccountantSalary: $65,000 – $70,000 + Bonus PotentialWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:• Work directly with the CFO and gain broad accounting exposure across multiple entities• Join a newly created position driven by company growth• Hybrid schedule with 1 work-from-home day per week and flexible hours• Gain experience in month-end close, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations• Opportunity to help support future technology and process improvement initiatives• Unique opportunity to work in the motorsports industry• Discretionary year-end bonus typically around 10% of salary• Strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matchKey Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:• Manage intercompany transactions across multiple entities• Perform account, bank, and credit card reconciliations• Process AP, AR, ACH payments, and prize payouts• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities• Assist with high-volume credit card transaction accounting• Support general ledger maintenance and financial reportingQualifications for the Staff Accountant:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance• 1-3 years of accounting experience• Strong Excel and accounting software experience• Tech-savvy with an interest in systems and process improvements• Multi-entity accounting experience is a plus• Interest in racing or motorsports is a plus
