Lifespace Communities is looking for an accomplished Director, Regional Independent Living Sales who knows how to turn strategy into results, and knows that the best regional sales leaders achieve those results by building exceptional teams. This is not an individual contributor role. We're looking for a proven multi-site senior living sales leader who thrives in the field: coaching Community Sales Directors and Sales Counselors, strengthening sales execution, partnering with Operations, and creating the strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth. If you've built your career in CCRC/Life Plan Community sales, understand the complexity of the senior living decision journey, and have a track record of improving performance across multiple communities, this is an opportunity to make an impact at scale. What You'll Lead As Director, Regional Independent Living Sales , you'll provide strategic sales leadership across a portfolio of Lifespace communities. You'll partner closely with Executive Directors, Regional Operations leaders, Marketing, Finance, and our Senior Vice President of Sales to: Develop and execute regional and community-specific strategies that drive occupancy, revenue, net move-ins and waitlist growth Coach, mentor and develop Community Sales Directors and sales teams to consistently achieve performance goals Strengthen sales fundamentals including speed-to-lead, pipeline management, inquiry management, tour quality, follow-up and closing effectiveness Champion prospect-centered, relationship-based selling that uncovers emotional motivators, builds trust and helps prospects confidently move through the decision journey Lead regular business reviews using CRM analytics, conversion metrics, forecasting and performance dashboards Step into communities requiring additional leadership during transitions, occupancy recovery initiatives, redevelopment or expansion Partner with Operations and Finance on pricing, inventory, forecasting and occupancy planning Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen lead generation, referral development and market positioning Identify performance gaps quickly and develop targeted coaching and performance improvement strategies Build a strong leadership pipeline by identifying, developing and retaining exceptional sales talent What You'll Bring 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within CCRC/Life Plan Communities Proven regional or multi-site sales leadership experience Demonstrated success driving occupancy and revenue growth across multiple communities Significant experience coaching and developing Community Sales Directors and high-performing sales teams Strong knowledge of CCRC/Life Plan Community sales, with Type A and Type B contract experience strongly preferred Expertise in consultative and prospect-centered selling, pipeline management and closing strategies Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with occupancy planning, pricing strategies and forecasting Experience leveraging CRM data and sales analytics to improve performance Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field; master's degree preferred If you're an experienced CCRC/Life Plan sales leader ready to lead at a regional level, develop exceptional teams and drive measurable growth, we'd like to hear from you.
