Our client is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM to support patients through the insurance and financial clearance process while delivering exceptional service and making a real impact every day. In this role, you'll verify insurance coverage and benefits, obtain authorizations, coordinate pre service financial clearance, assist with patient payments, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements :
- 2 plus years in Administrative tasks experience
- Experience in insurance verification , benefits eligibility, authorizations, and patient financial services
- Understanding medicare (CMS) guidelines and payer requirements
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, EMTALA, MSP-Q, and other applicable compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
Hours : Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Compensation : $18.00-$20.00/hour
