- Resolve inquiries using established processes
- Document interactions accurately
- Maintain performance standards throughout certification andproduction
- Take inbound/outbound calls with professionalism andempathy
- Help customers resolve basic questions and issues
- Input data into client systems with accuracy
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work towards metrics that can lead to fast-trackpromotions
