Liberty Personnel Services, Inc is seeking an experienced Paralegal for a local law firm to help support their team of four attorneys in a busy and collaborative estate planning and elder law practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has prior experience handling estate planning, trust administration, probate, and elder law matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and related documents.

• Assist attorneys with trust and estate administration matters from inception through completion.

• Draft probate and Orphans' Court filings.

• Prepare Medicaid and long-term care planning documentation.

• Coordinate document execution, witness and notary appointments.

• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and courts regarding case status and required documentation.

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files.

• Track deadlines and manage attorney calendars for estate planning matters.

• Provide administrative and legal support to four attorneys as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of paralegal experience in estate planning, trusts & estates, probate, or elder law.

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of estate planning documents and probate procedures.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management software is a plus.

Working Situation:
