Maintain up‑to‑date project plans and publish results; create and present management reports on project outcomes and status. Establish project quality requirements and adhere to the established project execution and tracking methodology. Maintain all active project plans in MS Project (or similar PPM software) and support client associates in adopting these tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related analytical field. Minimum 6 years of project management experience. History of working in a shared service or BPO organization. Strong business understanding, agility, and excellent communication skills with diverse groups. Mastery of project scheduling and use of PPM software (e.g., MS Project, Project Server).
