Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, tech-forward Client Care Coordinator to support our caregiver–client scheduling process 5 days a week, including Sunday. We built every piece of our business on modern AI platforms like Claude and Gemini, and we are looking for a driven, highly tech-savvy individual who can leverage these tools to revolutionize operations. This role is far more than just answering phones—it is about using AI and technology to significantly improve service to our clients and caregivers while reducing administrative overhead. Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Operations: Utilize and help refine our AI infrastructure (Claude, Gemini, custom workflows) to continuously automate tasks, optimize caregiver matching, and streamline communication.
• Platform Innovation: Identify operational bottlenecks and build or test AI-driven tools to reduce the administrative load on yourself and the care team.
• Core Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule home care shifts based on client needs and preferences, monitoring coverage to ensure zero gaps in care. 
• Team & Shift Management: Manage the on-call scheduling team 3 days a week, manage attendance, and perform daily shift verifications (billing/payroll hours, pay rates, and care notes).
• Stakeholder Support: Communicate proactively with caregivers regarding shift changes and special instructions while resolving scheduling conflicts with empathy and speed.
• Growth Support: Assist with tech-enabled recruiting, candidate screening, and onboarding as time permits.

Qualifications

• Tech-Savvy & AI Native: Deeply proficient with modern AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT). Experience building custom AI tools, prompts, or automated workflows is strongly preferred.
• Growth Mindset: Highly ambitious, proactive, and driven to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment looking to hyperscale.
• Scheduling Experience: 2+ years of high-volume scheduling or operations experience, ideally within home care or healthcare.
• Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to professionally interact with clients, caregivers and team members.
• Problem Solver: Exceptional critical thinking skills with an eagerness to question traditional processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Local Candidate: Live within ~20 miles of our office and able to work on-site (5 days/week, with one work from home day on Sunday).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
