Overview Location: Birmingham, AL A leading international law firm is seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join its Litigation practice in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, multi-faceted litigation team handling a broad mix of commercial, regulatory and complex disputes. The role offers strong exposure to high-quality work within a collaborative environment, alongside clear progression on a partnership track. Key Responsibilities Represent clients across a range of commercial and regulatory litigation matters Draft motions, pleadings and substantive briefs Manage discovery in complex litigation matters Conduct legal research and analysis Engage directly with clients and opposing counsel Support case strategy and trial preparation Who You Are 3rd–5th year litigation associate with transferable experience Strong academic credentials Excellent research, writing and analytical skills Experience managing discovery and motion practice Strong communication skills and client-facing ability Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple matters Admitted to the Alabama Bar Compensation Salary Range: $250,000 – $315,000 (DOE) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package within a leading global platform Interested?
