Entry Level Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Quality Technician will be responsible for performing and documenting inspections on assigned molding machines in accordance with the Quality Assurance Requirements and/or Control Plan. The role requires the use of basic gauging equipment such as calipers, height gauges, and vision systems to ensure products meet quality assurance standards. Effective communication of any issues encountered during the process is crucial. This role is very entry level and we will take anyone that is looking for a long-term career. We are offering $18 - $21 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on assigned molding machines.
• Document inspection results accurately.
• Utilize basic gauging equipment such as calipers, height gauges, and vision systems.
• Ensure products meet quality assurance standards.
• Communicate any problems encountered throughout the process.

Essential Skills

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the manufacturing process.
• Ability to work from written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency in data documentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in warehouse and materials handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a clean room environment.
• Ability to adhere to gowning protocols such as wearing a smock, hairnet, and beard net.

Work Environment

Work is conducted in a clean room environment with required gowning up daily, including smock, hairnet, and beard net. The position offers both day and night shifts with specific schedules.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, NH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.85 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
