Legal Assistant
The opportunity: If you're planning to go to law school and want a strong letter of recommendation, or you're exploring whether a legal career is right for you, this is a fantastic place to start. This role is perfect for someone organized, confident, and great with people, especially on the phone. No legal background required. Just professionalism, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What you'll do:
- Draft and format documents with accuracy and polish • Handle heavy phone interaction with confidence and professionalism • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and callers • Learn the legal process in a hands-on, real-world way
Who you are:
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking on the phone • Strong communicator with great follow-through • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure • Professional, reliable, and eager to learn quickly • No legal experience required, we'll train the right person
Pay & details:
- $20 – $29 per hour, depending on experience and skill
- 401(k) with match after one year
