Customer Experience Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, VA, for a Customer Experience Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, processing orders, coordinating with team members to resolve service issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also contribute to the development of customer service policies and provide training to ensure a consistently high standard of service.

• Customer Service and Communication: Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve customer concerns efficiently, with strong organization and time management.
• Technical Proficiency: Competence with customer management tools, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals.
• Experience in the food or nutrition industries is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business, communications, or related fields are a plus.
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude to ensure exceptional service delivery.
