Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

$1468.80/week -

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled RN for inpatient rehabilitation unit to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality healthcare to rehabilitative patients.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Coordinate and perform patient transfers utilizing appropriate transfer equipment and techniques.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and perform bladder scans, dressing changes, and other routine procedures.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress accurately using the Meditech EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Conduct hourly rounding and ensure bedside reports and handoffs are properly completed.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with hospital policies, including bed alarm activation and weekend/on-call schedules.
  
  
• 
  Promote teamwork and take initiative to address patient needs effectively.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Successful completion of transfer training and EMR proficiency required.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in rehab settings.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for a 13-week assignment.
  
  
• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach.
  
  
• 
  Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
