In-Home Family Case Coordinator — KSTEP Specialist

Ramey-Estep Homes, Inc. seeks a Case Coordinator for the KSTEP program to provide in-home, intensive case management for up to 9 families. The role includes assessments, implementing evidence-based treatment, referrals, and direct therapeutic support for up to 8 months per family, with ongoing data collection. You will report weekly to the DCBS worker, maintain Credible notes and KSTEP data, coordinate family team meetings, develop Action and Treatment Plans, and ensure discharge and aftercare #J-18808-Ljbffr Ramey-Estep Homes, Inc.
