Clinical Director (BCBA)

Lead a collaborative ABA team while maintaining a small clinical caseload in Aurora, CO. This leadership role combines clinical oversight, mentorship, and operational partnership with a clear path for career advancement.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary + Quarterly bonus potential up to $10,000= Total compensation targeting $120K+ 

$5,000–$10,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs

Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation

Review and approve treatment plans before payer submission

Maintain a small client caseload

Drive clinical quality, outcomes, and operational performance

Support family engagement, client transitions, and discharge planning

Partner with intake and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification (minimum 1 year)

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience supervising clinical teams and treatment programs

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
