U.S. person or ITAR export license requiredIn a typical day, your expertise:Owns key financial processes related to revenue recognition, cost of goods sold, inventory, intercompany transactions, and selected balance sheet accounts.Supports the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process through reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, controls, and documentationEnsures high data quality and integrity in the ERP system through transaction reviews, master data follow-up, control activities, and improvement initiativesPerforms cost, margin, and variance analyses to explain business performance and identify operational and financial improvement opportunitiesDevelops, maintains, and automates dashboards, KPI reporting, and management reports to support decision-making across Finance and OperationsMonitors inventory movements, valuation, and related controls, and contributes to physical counts, reconciliations, and inventory-related analyses as relevantCollaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain, Production, and other business functions to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial decision supportWe're thrilled to find candidates with:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldRelevant experience within finance, accounting, controlling, cost accounting, or financial analysis; 3–5 years' experience preferredDemonstrated experience with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, controls, and financial documentationExperience with financial processes related to revenue, inventory, cost of goods sold; experience with profitability follow-up preferredStrong analytical skills, including cost analysis, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and interpretation of business drivers, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or project-based environmentExperience with ERP systems, data management, and reporting tools; strong Excel skills and experience with dashboards/KPI reportingExperience collaborating across Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and other business functions in a dynamic environmentOther competencies critical to success include:Strong analytical and structured approach, with high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyProactive and improvement-oriented, with the ability to identify issues, challenge existing ways of working, and implement practical enhancementsStrong ownership mindset, with the ability to ensure financial accuracy in underlying transactions and follow through until discrepancies are understood and resolvedAble to work confidently within accounting and closing processes, with a disciplined approach to reconciliations, controls, and deadlinesCollaborative and communicative, able to build trust across functions and translate financial information into clear, actionable insightsWillingness to adhere to and promote the NTi values of glød, collaboration, creative curiosity, trust, respect, and integrityPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
