Electrical Technician

Electrical TechnicianBemana is searching for an Electrical Technician to join the world's largest equipment rental provider in Phoenix, AZ.This role focuses on testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs on electrical equipment in a safe and professional manner. The ideal candidate has basic electrical/mechanical skills, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to grow their technical abilities.Position Offers:$23-$30/hr depending on experience (If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions)Company vehicleShop and field work environmentSome tools providedComprehensive benefits including health and financial plans, paid parental leave, and paid sick timeWhat You'll Do:Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and testing on equipment including load banks, MV cable, transformers, and electrical distribution equipmentRead meters, perform voltage checks, ohm checks, amp checks, and document equipment conditionsComplete basic electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs, including component replacement and contactor/relay cleaningAssist with equipment setup, testing, and future installations such as I-Line panels and breakersPrepare rental equipment for customers and ensure equipment is safe and operationalLoad/unload equipment and operate forklifts safelyDemonstrate equipment operation and provide excellent customer serviceSupport field service needs for customers including data centers, construction companies, and electrical contractorsRequirements:Basic electrical and mechanical knowledgeAbility to read electrical meters and understand voltage measurementsForklift experience requiredHigh School diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to lift up to 45 lbs.Strong teamwork and customer service skillsWillingness to learn electrical troubleshooting and repairApplication ProcessIf your experience matches the description above, submit your resume, and one of our recruiters will be in touch to tell you more about the position and learn more about your experience and aspirations.If your experience does not match this job description, we still encourage you to reach out to one of our recruiters, so we can learn about your professional aspirations for future job openings.About BemanaBemana provides recruiting services to the nation's equipment and industrial sectors.
