Job Summary: The Episcopal School of Baton Rouge is seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our marketing and communications team. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and social media. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop messaging that accurately reflects the school's brand and effectively communicates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website content, social media posts, and advertisements Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop messaging and content strategies Conduct research and gather information to support the development of accurate and compelling copy Ensure all copy is consistent with the school's brand and tone of voice Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and marketing Work closely with graphic designers to ensure copy and design elements are cohesive and effective Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the school's mission, values, and programs to accurately communicate them to our target audience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Strong understanding of branding and messaging strategies Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite Passion for education and the mission of the Episcopal School of Baton Rouge We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students and families We are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to join our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
