The incumbent under the direction of the Senior Director, Facilities, Planning, Development, and Maintenance, performs a variety of responsible duties related to the management of all facilities related maintenance operations and activities; organizes, schedules, assigns, and review maintenance work; supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned staff.
