Desired Skills and Background:

• Current or eligible North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience with pediatric populations in an educational or healthcare environment
• Proficiency in a variety of service delivery models, including teletherapy and traditional onsite therapy
• Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse communication needs
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address speech, language, and social communication deficits
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Support teachers and families through regular updates and training as needed
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and student support teams
• Collaborate with other SLPs, educators, and support staff for coordinated care
