Senior Oncology Specialist What you will do You will act as the primary customer contact to provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen’s products and effectively communicate the clinical and economic benefits to medical professionals. Our Senior Oncology Specialists achieve territory sales by utilizing their Oncology background and experience to deliver results. Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan. Utilize internal and external relationships to manage accounts and resolve reimbursement issues. Craft effective marketing strategy to drive sales. Analyze sales activities, territory effectiveness, and develop territory plans with Manager. Maintain passion for products through the entire sales cycle while building brand. Partner with colleagues to share best practices and continuous learning. Leverage passion for Oncology and industry changes to deliver results. What we expect of you Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field; OR Associate degree and 6 years; OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Oncology. Three or more years of sales/marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries. Product or hospital sales experience in oncology and related specialties. Local Market knowledge. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration. Adaptability to core competencies.
