Job Description SummaryThe Senior Project Manager Vendor Management & Risk Adjustment Programs leads and facilitates complex, cross-functional initiatives that support CareMore’s Risk Adjustment strategy. This role is accountable for program planning, vendor coordination, execution, and performance management across Risk Adjustment activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, operational goals, and financial outcomes.This position manages multiple programs and projects, serving as the primary facilitator between internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. The Senior Project Manager applies advanced project and program management methodologies to drive consistent execution, transparency, and measurable results across the Risk Adjustment lifecycle.How will you make an impact & RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesRisk Adjustment Program FacilitationLead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of Risk Adjustment vendor programs and initiativesFacilitate cross-functional collaboration among Risk Adjustment, Operations, Clinical, Finance, IT, Compliance, and Analytics teamsTranslate Risk Adjustment strategies into executable program plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metricsEstablish and manage program timelines, dependencies, and interrelated workstreamsDefine and track critical success factors, performance indicators, and program outcomesVendor Management & OversightServe as the primary point of coordination for Risk Adjustment vendor partners, including coding, analytics, chart retrieval, and technology vendorsDefine, recommend, and support contractual agreements and statements of work (SOWs) in partnership with Procurement and LegalDevelop and manage service-level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and reporting expectations for vendorsCoordinate vendor onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing operational cadenceMonitor vendor performance, identify risks and gaps, and drive issue resolution to ensure program objectives are metProject & Program ManagementApply advanced project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across Risk Adjustment initiativesDevelop and maintain program plans, risk registers, resource plans, quality plans, and communication strategiesIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks and operational constraintsDefine quality gates across program phases to ensure regulatory compliance and operational readinessEstablish and manage warranty periods following program implementations to ensure stability and sustainabilityGovernance, Compliance & Continuous ImprovementSupport governance structures, approval matrices, and decision-making forums for Risk Adjustment programsEnsure alignment with CMS regulations, audit readiness expectations, and internal compliance standardsPartner with Compliance and Legal teams to support vendor and program adherence to regulatory requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve vendor performance, program efficiency, and scalabilityQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field requiredMinimum of 5 years of professional project or program management experience, including at least 3 years leading complex, cross-functional initiativesExperience supporting healthcare, payer, or Risk Adjustment programs strongly preferredEquivalent combinations of education and experience will be consideredCertifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredCompensation:$98,605.00to$147,907.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr CareMore Health Management Services, LLC
