We're looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can steer our IT team and infrastructure to new heights.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting Responsibilities:Performance & Operations: Track and optimize IT performance across the board.Budget & Expenditures: Oversee IT budgets, keeping spending effective and strategic.Risk Management: Proactively manage IT risks and security vulnerabilities.Team Development: Evaluate and grow IT talent to keep our team at peak performance.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Alignment: Develop and implement IT strategies that propel us toward our business goals.Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations.Vendor Partnerships: Build relationships and negotiate with vendors to ensure we get the best value.Disaster Recovery: Prepare and safeguard our systems with a thorough continuity plan.Technology Evaluation: Continually assess and adopt cutting-edge technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.Budget & Planning: Define the vision for our firm's tech needs and manage the annual budget.Daily DutiesTeam Oversight: Lead, mentor, and schedule the IT team, conducting evaluations that inspire improvement.Performance Evaluation: Conduct thorough, constructive performance reviews.Technology Management: Review, assess, and make improvements across our tech stack, security, backup, and infrastructure.Collaboration with Leadership: Work with senior leadership to bring our strategic tech goals to life.Vendor Management: Negotiate favorable contracts, manage licensing, and oversee all equipment procurement.Security & Compliance: Manage domains, SSL certificates, and licenses while ensuring secure access and credentials.Helpdesk Management: Oversee helpdesk operations, troubleshoot as needed, and escalate issues effectively.Required Skills & QualificationExperience: Minimum of 8 years in comprehensive IT roles, including security protocols, firewall management, VPNs, VOIP, and licensing.Tech Expertise: Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, VPN configuration, SQL Server, Exchange, Windows, and remote access tools.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.Leadership: A true team player who values accountability and clear organizational management.Availability: Must be on-site, with on-call availability to support upgrades, projects, and troubleshooting when needed.Why Join Us?
