Digital Marketing Consultant

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant who owns the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, including building, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive lead quality, conversions, and return on ad spend. They independently manage a portfolioof 12-15 campaigns, monitoring performance, pacing budgets, and continuously testing audiences, creative, and offers to improve outcomes. This role is highly client-facing, requiring regular communication of campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations in a clear, consultative manner. They collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, account management, and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with advisor goals, while also evaluating landing pages and providing CRO recommendations to improve conversion rates. In addition, they act as a senior resource on the team by mentoring junior members, sharing best practices, and ensuring campaigns follow compliance and industry guidelines.
