Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly Comply with all BCI, OSHA, or other relevant safety rules and regulations Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude Duties/Responsibilities Cont. Qualifications Depending on position, duties could include some or all of the following: Positive attitude and work ethic Able to work independently or as an active member of a team Basic computer skills with iPad and MS office experience DOT experience preferred Communicating Effectively Following Policies and Procedures Travel Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The positionlifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands). The position requires the ability toquickly move arms and legs. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40+ hours a week.
