The Data Governance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of organizational data assets. Responsibilities include establishing, implementing, and sustaining the organization's data governance framework to ensure data is accurate, secure, compliant, and effectively used to support business and clinical decision making

Responsibilitie

• s:Define data standards and design and draft robust Data Governance documentation and Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure governance and decision mechanisms are in place to address cross-team dependencies and compliance across the organizatio
• n.Work with data stewards to implement various data governance processes such as data cataloging, metadata management, data quality management, data privacy, data principles, policies, and standard
• s.Owns and is comfortable with data governance practices and data governance and management systems. Collaborate with IT teams to implement data governance tools and technologi
• esAnalyze datasets to identify quality issues and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data definition
• s.Establishes the required governance structures within organization, including updates to senior leadership, to enforce the governance policies and standards, and lead appropriate governance working groups/forums to drive consensus, issue resolution, ownership, and agreement on data quality with respect to data asset
• s.Leads Data Governance Council and project teams on implementation, coordination, and delegation of cross-project initiatives. Develop medium- to long-term plans and execute functional Data Governance strategie
