Resource Pool Assistant Nurse Manager

Intermountain Health seeks a Resource Pool Assistant Nurse Manager to support staffing and clinical operations across multiple hospital units. In this leadership role, you will coordinate float nurse deployment, oversee daily staffing decisions, and support high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring resource pool nurses, assisting with scheduling, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, and supporting quality and safety initiatives. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide occasional direct patient care, and help drive continuous improvement in a mission-driven environment.
