Schedule: First 30 days for training: Monday-Friday7am-3:30pm Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm Compensation: $18-$19/hour depending on experience Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k matching, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and EAP. What You’ll Do: Answer inbound calls from new and existing patients Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between offices and staff Assist patients by answering questions, transferring calls, and updating account information Work with multiple dental systems to efficiently manage appointment schedules Maintain call quality standards and meet call center KPIs Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring every patient feels valued Qualifications: 1+ years of recent experience as a Call Center Representative or in an administrative role Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM Medical setting experience is a plus but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills A passion for customer service and helping others!
